Exercise Log 7.31.14 (Dev Day + Cardio)

Alright developmental day at a gym I’m visiting, sorta random but had fun. Still in cycle 5 but today’s workout was fairly standard. Needed to do rear delt work and biceps again this dev day.

Deadlifts: Set 1) 3 reps @ 275lbs. Set 2) 3 reps @ 275lbs (failed three times due to slippery grip and felt like perhaps I didn’t have the normal level of energy doing this lift). Set 3) 5 reps @ 245lbs.

Upright Barbell Rows: 4 sets of 10 reps @ 65lbs. Cautious with this due to shoulder snap action potential.

T-Bar Presses: 3 sets of 12 reps @ 70lbs.

Face Pulls: 4 sets of 10 reps @ 50lbs.

Body Rows: 3 sets of 10 reps.

Straight Preloaded Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 50lbs.

Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 25lbs.

Prior to going to the gym I had a decently hard run of 1.3 miles, then walked back, so I’ll count that for the day as +Cardio.

Socialism WORKS!

Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
