Cardio only today, had a great run at Monroeville Community Park today clocking in 6.14 miles, really great weather. Day off from lifting, so just ran to keep busy.

Got a run in today, 3.7 miles through Boyce Park. Was scouting a path for a hike on the upcoming Sunday. Was very useful to learn a layout of the trails, but also very wet. Cardio only log.
