Deadlift & Squat Day, cycle 6. Not sure why but I’ve felt a bit low energy during this whole workout cycle, attributing it to feeling rather sick in a couple workouts after this.
Deadlift (w/Weight Belt): 1) 5 @ 285lbs. 2) 3 @ 305lbs. 3) 2 @ 320lbs. Singles to failure @ 330lbs, but was only able to complete two reps before I began failing. Was a little discouraged as the first of the two reps were hard.
Squat (w/Weight Belt): 5 sets of 2 reps @ 210lbs.
Bent Over Row (preloaded straight bar): 4 sets of 10 reps @ 110lbs.
Seated Rows: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 135lbs.
Rear Delt Reverse Incline Bench Flys: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 20lbs. I want to note that I “didn’t like” these.
Face Pulls: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 100lbs, which I did like.
2.5 mile run afterwards to keep the legs fresh.
