Okay I was feeling completely miserable from being sick so I skipped out of the regular workout routine entirely just to exercise at home. It was fun, a unique diversion from the day to day grind, and let me feel like I was letting the body really rest up.
50 reps chin-ups sets of 3-5 reps
100 reps push-ups sets of 20
100 reps dips sets of 20
That’s it! Simple, but fun. And I was able to crawl right back into my comfy bed after this was all over.
