Bench Press & Deadlift Day, cycle 6. Felt especially low energy and like I was getting sick, which I found out the next day was the case.
Bench Press: 1) 5 @ 155lbs. 2) 3 @ 165lbs. 3) 2 @ 175lbs. Singles to failure of 2 reps @ 180lbs, both being grinders and then failing twice before giving up. Felt bad about it, but it possibly had something to do with my energy levels more than anything else. Wasn’t sure I was happy with this so added a drop set of 8 reps @ 135lbs.
Deadlift: 3 sets of 12 reps @ 195lbs.
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: 4 sets of 8 @ 55lbs.
Decline Bench Press: 4 sets of 5 reps @ 155lbs.
