Dev Day, cycle 5.
Needing a change of pace and an evening to myself, I decided to work out at home today. Need to hit dips and pull ups, push-ups and then do some bis & tris. Limited weights at home, but future plans to build a home gym, so did what makes the most sense…
Pull-ups (Wide Grip): 5, 5, 5, 4 (failed fifth rep), 2 (failed 3rd rep). 21 reps total, wanted to move onto the next thing before fatigue broke down the form too bad, still a poor pull-upper. Keep in mind all previous “pull-ups” were chin-ups if I did them at home, so these are just vanilla wider gripped pull-ups today which I’m worse at.
Push-ups: 20, 20, 20, 15, 15. 90 reps total.
Dips: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10. 50 reps total.
Bicep Dumbbell Curls: 4 sets 10 reps ea. @ 30lbs.
Bicep EZ Bar Curls: 4 sets 8 reps @ 65lbs.
French Press: 6 sets 8 reps @ 65lbs.
No cardio tonight, hoping tomorrow to make up some cardio with a little skiing. We’ll see!
