Bench Press & Deadlift Day, cycle 5.

Bench Press: 1) 5 @ 135lbs. 2) 3 @ 150lbs. 3) 1 @ 160lbs. 4) 1 @ 165lbs. 5) 1 @ 170lbs. 6) 1 @ 175lbs. 7) 1 @ 180lbs. 8) 1 @ 185lbs (not sure – is this a PR?). 9) 5 @ 135lbs. 10) 5 @ 135lbs. 4 reps of 30 second static holds.

Deadlift: 5 sets of 2 reps @ 310lbs.

After this I was beat, but trodded on.

Overhead Press: 4 sets of 6 reps @ 85lbs.

Incline Iso-Lateral Chest Press Machine: 4 sets of 5 reps @ 148lbs (total).
