Exercise Log 2.2.15 (Deadlift & Squat Day)

Deadlift & Squat Day, cycle 5.

Deadlift: 1) 5 @ 250lbs. 2) 3 @ 270lbs. 3) 1 @ 285lbs. 4) 1 @ 300lbs. 5) 1 @ 310lbs. 6) 1 @ 320lbs. Tried and failed twice to hit 345lbs. 7) 5 @ 250lbs. 8) 5 @ 250lbs. Final set is a static isometric hold of my training max, 355lbs, in a standing position. 4 reps / 30 seconds each.

Squat: 3 sets of 12 reps @ 135lbs.

Lateral Row (Wide grip): 4 sets of 8 reps @ 135lbs.

Seated Row: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 135lbs.

Rear Delt Flys: 2 sets of 12 reps @ 20lbs.
