Exercise Log 11.30.14 (Dev Day)

Dev-day cycle 2, at home workout. Not a lot of time so just going to do some basic stuff and shoot for good volume. Wary of potential sickness coming on, but not quite sure, just feel a little “off” not really sure if I’m sick or not.

This may sound simple but I wanted just a simple, volume based workout at home, where I have little equipment. So I did pull-ups, push-ups and dips. Lots of them.

Pull-ups: 7, 5, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4, 4. 50 reps total.

Push-ups: 30, 25, 25, 20, 20, 20, 10. 150 reps total.

Dips: 15, 20, 20, 20, 15, 10. 100 reps total.

Simple dimple! Fun and short workout kept me active at home and lets me knock out a dev day.

Socialism WORKS! is a short website presentation I put together years ago with help from a friend. It is something of a snarky take on Socialism, critical of the advantages of Socialism from various origins of the idea.
