Exercise Log 11.16.14 (Inbetween Workout 2)

A second inbetween workout, to keep myself fresh since I’m not quite ready to start a new cycle.

Bicep Curls (Dumbbells): 4 sets of 10 reps @ 30lbs.

Spider Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 50lbs.

Cable Curls: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 80lbs.

Tricep Overhead Extension (Dumbbell): 4 sets of 8 reps @ 60lbs.

French Press: 4 sets of 10 reps @ 60lbs.

Cable Tricep Kickbacks: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 30lbs.

Overhead Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 30lbs.

T-Bar Press: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 90lbs.

Trap Shrug (sled loaded): 4 sets of 10 reps @ 180lbs, slower than usual focus.

Face Pulls: 5 sets of 8 reps @ 80lbs.

Decline Bench Reverse Flys: 5 sets of 10 reps @ 15lbs.

Shoulder Rehab: 3 sets of shoulder stretches, rotator cuff exercises and extra exercises.
