Exercise Log 11.14.14 (Inbetween Workout)

This workout is an inbetween mesocycle workout to keep myself going while I finish up work matters (at work we completed closing my store, which was very time demanding so didn’t want to start a new cycle right away). Just wanted to keep my lifts fresh for this workout.

Bench Press: 3 sets of 4 reps @ 155lbs. 2 sets of 8 reps @ 135lbs.

Deadlifts: 3 sets of 4 reps @ 280lbs. 2 sets of 8 reps @ 240lbs.

High Bar Back Squat: 3 sets of 4 reps @ 175lbs. 2 sets of 4 reps @ 155lbs. The first two lifts zapped my energy levels so my drop sets weren’t the 8 reps my previous two lifts had.

Incline Iso-Lateral Chest Press: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 108lbs.

Quad Iso-Lateral Extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps @ 180lbs.

Chin-ups: 3 sets of 6 reps.
