Exercise Log 11.3.14 (Dev Day)
Developmental Day, cycle 5. Had two days off due to work circumstances, and honestly I’m nearing the end of a major work issue so I’m looking forward to a reprieve so I can resume some level of normalcy. Expect more days off than usual in this last cycle.
Again, still working on my bench press and did a little bicep work, which is a lagging part in general.
Close Grip Bench Press: Sets 1 & 2) 4 reps @ 145lbs. Set 3) 4 reps @ 155lbs. Sets 4 & 5) 6 reps @ 135lbs. Set 6) 2 reps @ 165lbs.
Floor Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 12 reps @ 50lbs.
Seated Cable Flys: Good chest activation, but a little rough on the shoulders. 4 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs.
Decline Close Grip Bench Press: 3 sets of 3 reps @ 155lbs.
Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 30lbs.
Straight Barbell Curl: Always provides a good burn! 4 sets of 10 reps @ bare barbell.
Spider Curls: 3 sets of 8 reps @ 40lbs. Don’t do these often so just wanted to feel it.
