Exercise Log 8.17.14 (Deadlift & Front Squat Day, No Cardio)

Alright, this is the first log of my third mesocycle of my Phase 2 lifting program. I’ve made some major changes to the program, so referring it to Phase 2.1. I’ll separate the summary of the changes in a different log, keeping my actual workout logs more for my personal records for now.

Deadlifts: These felt pretty good. Set 1) 4 reps @ 265lbs. Set 2) 4 reps @ 265lbs. Set 3) 4 reps @ 280lbs. Set 4) 3 reps @ 290lbs.

Front Squats: Set 1) 3 reps @ 160lbs. Set 2) 3 reps @ 160lbs. Set 3) 2 reps @ 170lbs. Set 4) 2 reps @ 175lbs.

Sumo Deadlifts: 3 sets 4 reps @ 135lbs.

Lateral Pulldowns: 3 sets of 14 reps @ 135lbs.

Great, basic, effective workout. Liked the new set layout.
